OBAMA CONTINUES TO SHOW CONTEMPT FOR THE U.S. CONSTITUTION

Court fight over recess appointments 'almost certain,' Chamber says

By Peter Schroeder - 01/04/12 04:39 PM ET
The recess appointments President Obama announced Wednesday are “almost certain” to be challenged in court, according to a top official with the nation’s largest business lobby.
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has not decided whether it will file a legal challenge to the appointments, according to David Hirschmann, who heads the Chamber’s Center for Capital Markets Competitiveness. But he said he’s confident that Obama’s precedent-shattering move will land the administration in court.

HOLD SEIU RESPONSIBLE FOR MALFEASANCE AND DISBAND 9th CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS

Dear Conservatives,

Leave it to the union lawyers to deny the plain meaning of the English language.

Lawyers for the radical Service Employees International Union (SEIU) want the U.S. Supreme Court to believe that a "Political Fight-Back Fund" had nothing to do with politics.

Next week, the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments inKnox v. SEIU 1000, a class-action lawsuit brought by Foundation attorneys for eight California government workers, including two former union members, challenging a corrupt political fundraising scheme.

Iowa caucus results: Romney edges Santorum; Paul finishes third
Excerpt: Former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney beat former senator Rick Santorum (Pa.) in the Iowa caucuses by just eight votes, a sign of a splintered and increasingly fractious field as the GOP presidential race moves to New Hampshire, South Carolina and Florida.Rep. Ron Paul (Tex.) scored a close but disappointing third-place finish in a state where he had hoped to score a breakout victory. But he told his supporters “there’s nothing to be ashamed of” and urged them to “be ready and raring to move on to the next stop.” (My thoughts: First, the Ames Straw poll, which Bachmann won and drove Pawlenty out, means zero. Second, we desperately need the “American Plan” primary system [http://archive.fairvote.org/?page=965] but everyone is too committed to candidate/parties/issues to fight for the future. Third, I think Romney will now be hard to stop, as the anti-Romney vote is divided, though larger. Fourth, all elections should be decided on the “Hare” system, where you vote “1” for you first choice, “2” for your second and so on. The lowest candidate is eliminated and his/her votes parceled out on second, third choice until someone has 50%, But who will fight for this? Debates matter; Perry came in with the race his to lose and he did in the debates, as he wasn’t ready for prime time, though he’s staying in. Fifth, observers say Huntsman has a more conservative record than Romney, but ran as a centrist. That doesn’t work in primaries in either party. Sixth, Santorum benefited by being the last anti-Romney to rise, but where does he go from here? The attack ads will be turned on him now. Seventh, voters say they hate negative campaigning, but reward it. Newt would have won a month ago, before the attack ads drove his numbers down. Eighth, the race is now Mitt, Rick and Newt. Paul cannot win the nomination and if he did, Republicans in the future [if there is a future that includes Republicans] would think of 1964 as a pretty good year. Ninth, this is no way to run a democratic Republic. ~Bob.)

WONDER WHY UNIONS ARE NOT THE ANSWER? THEY ACTUALLY DESTROY EMPLOYMENT

UAW Picks Targets for Suicide Bombing of US Economy

For over a year, it's been rumored that the United Auto Workers union (UAW) was going go after a major foreign auto manufacturer in the United States to force unionization upon them by a world-wide boycott.

ALTHOUGH DEMS DENY THEY CREATED OUR FINANCIAL CRISIS

Economic Crisis Owned by Democrats in Congress
By Richard Rahn
NewsMax.com

On Dec. 28, the Financial Times announced, “China has again outshone the U.S. as the top venue for initial public offerings.” How is it that, since 2008, a self-proclaimed communist country raises more capital and has more new firms going public than the great bastion of free-market capitalism, the United States?  Answer: Members of Congress have been killing the U.S. financial markets because of hubris, incompetence, and a lust for power and money.

ALL THIS HAPPENED UNDER OBAMA - ANY DOUBT WHY HE MUST NOT GAIN REELECTION?

Bill of Rights is No More
Americans Now Officially Live Under Military Rule

While most Americans were celebrating the holidays, President Barack Obama quietly signed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), otherwise known as the “Indefinite Detention Act,” into law. Obama had initially said he would veto the bill which contains the draconian language authorizing the US military to seize and incarcerate US citizens without warrant, due process, trial, etc. Of course, Obama quickly changed his mind after the bill passed both houses of Congress.......

STOP ACORN - OUR VOTES ARE BEING DILUTED BY THEIR ILLEGAL REGISTRATIONS

MORE EVASION BY THE FEDERAL COURTS
AS ACORN'S "PROJECT VOTE" RAMPS UP
TO STEAL ELECTION AGAIN
UPDATE: As a federal three-judge panel of the 9th Circuit has just ruled that even political candidates running simultaneously with an ineligible competitor do not have standing for judicial relief, we MUST look to the states to restore the rule of law!
Competitors for the office of the presidency would have had a case only if they had brought it before the election, not after, they are told by the judges – although when litigation was filed before the Electoral College convened and voted in 2008, plaintiffs were told then by the Courts they would only have standing once the election was decided in a political outcome. Bait and switch?

ROMNEY - A 'BOUGHT AND PAID FOR' CANDIDATE

Submitted by: Donald Hank

Hey, just because Mitt Romney is supported by the big banks that stole your money in the form of "bailouts," that is NO reason not to vote for him, is it?
After all, the GOP top leadership says you should vote for Mitt. That should be enough. You know that neocons are your friends...
Besides, Mitt introduced Romenycare into MA, complete with the $50 abortion, and also ordered his JPs to perform gay marriages, claiming that the MA Supreme Court had tied his hands (or in other words, there is no separation of powers between executive and judicial branches, right? They are joined at the hip).
What could go wrong?

THIS IS WHAT SANCTUARY CITIES BREED

ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT TO STAND TRIAL FOR ‘SANCTUARY CITY’ TRIPLE MURDER

Jury selection began yesterday in the triple murder trial of an illegal immigrant  who opened fire killing a family of three in San Francisco in 2008. The case ignited a firestorm of controversy around the sanctuary city’s policy of harboring illegal immigrants rather than reporting them to federal authorities.

El Salvador native Edwin Ramos, 25, is accused of opening fire on a car containing 48-year-old Tony Bologna and his two sons as the family was stopped at an intersection. Prosecutors allege that Ramos, a member of the MS-13 gang who illegally entered the country as a young child, misidentified one of Bologna’s sons as a member of a rival gang. Ramos’ attorney alleges that his passenger and fellow gang member, Wilfredo “Flaco” Reyes, unexpectedly opened fire.

Just months prior to the shooting, Ramos was pulled over during a routine traffic stop. He was also pegged for assaulting a man on a Muni bus in 2003 and attempting to rob a pregnant woman the following year. San Francisco authorities never turned him over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement due a 1989 decision by the Board of Supervisors declaring San Francisco a "sanctuary city" for illegal immigrants.

ALAN COLMES HATES CONSERVATIVES AND PROVES HIS INANITY AS WELL AS HIS INSANITY

Urge Fox to fire Alan Colmes for despicable comments about Santorum infant

January 3, 2012

Dear Conservatives,
Fox News radio host and political commentator Alan Colmes went so far beyond the line of decency yesterday that he should immediately be terminated by Fox.
Rick Santorum's wife gave birth to a boy who died just two hours after his premature birth. The Santorums brought the body of the infant home so that their other children could see him, hold him and recognize the precious worth of every life.

KEYSTONE PIPELINE A MUST FOR AMERICA - JOBS AND ENERGY

The Keystone XL Pipeline—A Line In The Sand For America’s Future

Jan 03, 2012 11:00 pm

Ask people about the future of energy, and you’ll probably hear mention of “solar,” “wind,” and “ethanol.” These developing energy technologies have been invested in, loaned to, subsidized, and mandated—yet they’ve repeatedly fallen short. If the vaunted renewables aren’t yet ready for prime time, what will we do if, for example, Iran makes good on [...]

IF OBAMA'S POLL NUMBERS DROP MUCH FURTHER....

Selling our America
Obama may not have fallen off the turnip truck long enough ago to have learned how to effectively manage a nation, but he didn't fall off that turnip truck yesterday. He knows that a political approval rating below 39% means Democrats are already secretly weighing their options of lining up to challenge him in 2012. Odds-makers still aren't calling it an even money bet that Hillary Clinton will make another stab at the job. They're waiting for Obama's poll numbers to drop a little bit more—in 2012......

STOP HR3261 - STOP SOPA AND ITS SENATE COUNTERPART PIPA

URGENT CALL TO ACTION ... INTERNET CENSORSHIP IS COMING TO AMERICA
Don't wait...we must hurry and get our message to Congress to PROTECT Internet Freedom!

In December, while you were busy with holiday plans, Congress was marking up a bill that will END INTERNET FREEDOM in America.

HR 3261, the "Stopping Online Piracy Act (SOPA)," and its counterpart in the Senate, "Protect IP," are bills lobbied heavily by Hollywood that will LIMIT Internet freedom and commerce-and they put our First and Fourth Amendments under assault.

SOPA will create a police-state in which the government has total control over the Internet - just like China, Iran and Syria. If the United States of America passes SOPA, we will be practicing the exact same type of censorshipas these countries.

ANOTHER CRIMINAL ACT BE HOLDER - WILL CONGRESS REALIZE 'HE MUST GO?'

ERIC HOLDER DEFIES
SUPREME COURT RULING
UPDATE: In defiance of a 2008 Supreme Court ruling, Eric Holder is working to ensure that dead people, illegal aliens and doppelgangers are allowed to re-elect Barack Obama in 2012.
In 2008, the Supreme Court overwhelmingly ruled that States have every right to require voters provide government issued photo identification before casting a ballot. Such measures of course, help to stop rampant voter fraud and election theft. Yet Obama's Attorney General Eric Holder has decided he does not like the Supreme Court ruling, so he has instructed the U.S. Department of Justice to persecute States who, following the Supreme Court directive, have established voter ID laws.
cmpac_obamastealsvotessignThe States, of course, have very good reasons for wanting voter ID laws. Over the past two years, multiple officials at Barack Obama's old employer ACORN have been indicted and convicted of election and voter fraud. NAACP President Todd Jealous has also been convicted of voter fraud. Indiana DNC Chair Dan Parker has resigned in disgrace after a former Obama aide blew the whistle on Indiana election fraud.

RedState Briefing 01/04/2012

RedState Morning Briefing
For January 4, 2012

As you wake up this morning, Rick Santorum only lost to Mitt Romney by 8 votes. Santorum spent about a dollar per vote and Romney spent hundreds of dollars for his votes. Rick Santorum substantially over performed and while the Romney camp wants you to believe a win is a win, Romney got less votes in 2012 than he got in 2008. In addition, everything you heard last night from the professional class of political pundit was bull crap.
